Impeccable, I've visited many times. The food is exquisite and the atmosphere is great. While other diners at the same table were chatting, it wasn't too noisy. Using local, seasonal ingredients and incorporating European and Japanese culinary techniques, each dish is creative and showcases the chef's ingenuity.
We were seated at a private table by the balcony, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, with a rich and complex flavor profile. The table service was excellent, from introducing the dishes to pairing with wine. They even noticed our different hand types and adjusted the cutlery arrangement accordingly. After our meal, we chatted with the waiter about the balcony and were given a brief tour. This shows that the chef considers the condition of the plants when choosing ingredients for dishes and garnishes, which is a concept that helps reduce the carbon footprint of ingredients.
