Suzhou cuisine is sweeter, which is an eternal truth in our opinion. Lingxuange is also a famous restaurant in Suzhou. The cooking skills and taste are relatively authentic Suzhou cuisine, and there is also Suzhou Pingtan to add to the fun, which feels different and unique. Several dishes seem mushy to us, but people in Suzhou, Jiangsu and Zhejiang think they are perfect. It seems that this is not just a cultural difference, but also a big difference in living habits.
