The restaurant is in Shilin County, with parking spaces at the door. I ordered pickled cabbage pig&#39;s trotters, shredded potatoes, and steamed spareribs. The pickled cabbage was pickled, like Sichuan pickles, and the pig&#39;s trotters were chopped into small pieces, which tasted super good. The steamed spareribs were not like the Cantonese style, and they were chewy and springy. The shredded potatoes were fried with chili peppers, not spicy but very fragrant. They were soft and tasty, not as crispy as the ones we usually eat.

I wandered around Shilin County Government Square and asked the security guard at the door what local specialties there were. He said donkey, horse, beef and mutton were better. Then a man next to me recommended this horse meat restaurant, saying it tasted good.
Because I was alone, I ordered one meat and one vegetable, stir-fried horse meat (48 yuan) and a stir-fried vegetable. The horse meat was good, but the vegetable was old and hard to chew. I told the boss that he had to say that the vegetable was like this. The experience was not very good.

The navigation is easy to find and parking is convenient.
The restaurant is very clean, the dishes are very fresh, and any dish you order with your eyes closed is delicious. All the dishes are not salty. The main thing is that the portions are very large, so you can&#39;t order too much.
The price is also very fair.

I particularly like the environment of their home, which is on the second floor. There are not many people on the second floor and it is quiet and nice.

Xuanwei stir-fried meat is famous, but this portion of horse meat is not inferior to Xuanwei stir-fried meat. It has a strong aroma, the meat is tender enough, and the onions, ginger and garlic used as ingredients are very tasty.
