Following the recommendation of a friend, I went to Zhili Anjia Beef Pancake Shop with my family at noon. As soon as I entered the shop, there were so many people. Everyone had bowls of pancakes in front of them, eating meat and drinking soup happily. We sat down quickly and ordered pancakes and large meat skewers, lamb skewers, and two cold dishes. I highly recommend the pancakes and large meat skewers here. The cold dishes and lamb skewers are also good. I don’t recommend sesame soy milk because it’s a bit thick.

The pancake is a combination of beef soup, northern oil-salt pancakes and chives. The beef is tender and refreshing, the soup is fragrant, and the pancake is tasty and chewy. Every time you think of it, you will salivate. Zhili Anjia pancake is very popular among the public and is regarded as the "leader" in the pancake world by Baoding people.
