Yannis_YipThe name of this store is really good. "Backing the mountain" to eat in the mountains ⛰️
The decoration of the store retains some mountain village elements, which is simple and grand. The service and environment are what you eat.
There are many people queuing during meal time. So there are a lot of people in this mall. In addition, during the exhibition, you have to queue at meal time. There are 6 of us in a group, and the clerk kept asking us to sit at a small table. To be honest, it is still very crowded. Since this is the environment and service, I think it should give enough experience.
Hakka dishes are more homely dishes, and what you eat is the freshness of the mountains.

My Shenzhen weekend started with a solo omakase meal. #ThePlaceMyWeChatFriendsAreAskingAboutIt I love Friday nights after get off work in Shenzhen's summer. The nights always seem to get dark slowly; the sky is still blue around 7 or 8 pm. On my way home from work, I walked to the subway station. I started looking forward to the restaurant I'd booked in advance. I chose a place in a commercial area that was somewhere between my office and home. I sat in a small table. The chef started working, quietly preparing the food, and then I ate in peace. It started with a bowl of chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). The perfectly cooked steamed egg custard blended with silky seaweed and dried shrimp. The appetizers were presented on a beautifully decorated plate. I tasted them in the order the chef recommended: cooked octopus, sea urchin, sweet shrimp, snails, seaweed, and yam. Of the several pieces of sushi, my favorite was the fish liver garnished with bonito and the rich, oily tuna. The sea bream broth, simmered for hours, filled my stomach with happiness. It was a peaceful and luxurious moment. #Shenzhenomakase #WarmWaterLife

🍚Kaoshan Hakka Cuisine: Braised Pickled Cabbage Rice is a true legend! ️Hakka lovers, hurry! ✨This Hakka restaurant is absolutely amazing! A friend recommended the braised picked cabbage rice, and I couldn't stop licking the bowl! The dark, fresh atmosphere makes for a perfect photo op, perfect for a date or a gathering~ 🔥Must-Try Menu🔥 🍚 Braised Pickled Cabbage Rice⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our signature dish! The rice grains are distinct, the pickled cabbage is crispy and flavorful, and the aroma is so fragrant it'll make you want to stamp your feet! The portion is so huge that everyone at the table is clamoring for it. Don't miss out! 🍠 Shredded Potatoes with Camellia Oil⭐⭐⭐⭐ The same aroma as the food stalls! The sweet potato vermicelli soaks up the oil, and the chopped green onions are overflowing. Fans of strong flavors will be delighted (if you don't like green onions, please let me know in advance!) 🐟Sauerkraut Fish⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Hakka version of sauerkraut fish is a surprise! The fish is tender, the pickled cabbage is crisp, and the slightly spicy flavor is perfect for bringing the elderly. 100 times friendlier than some other restaurants. 🍗Traditional Salt-Baked Chicken⭐⭐⭐ Starting at half a chicken, the chicken thigh is so tender it's juicy, but the breast is a bit tough, and the skin is salty and fishy. A bit ordinary among the signature dishes. 🍜Hakka Pickled Noodles⭐⭐⭐ The peanut and scallion noodles are chewy and have a real handmade feel, but the flavor is average. It's optional. 🍲Kaoshan Local Pork Soup⭐⭐⭐✨ The hot small bowl of soup is incredibly refreshing and sweet! Add your own pepper and scallions for flavor; it's both warming and comforting. 🏠Restaurant Name: Kaoshan Hakka Cuisine 📍Address: 3rd Floor, L3, West Zone, Zhuoyue Center, 348 Fuhua Road, Gangxia Community (above the Tesla) 💰Per Person: 70-80 RMB (Excellent value!)
