On the way to Shaoxing Museum, the driver told us that the Ciwu noodles at the intersection of Cangqiaozhi Street tasted authentic and were loved by locals. After visiting the museum, we walked to the store without stopping. There was a seat, so we ordered a bowl of three-fresh noodles and beef noodles. The three-fresh noodles were especially delicious. There were local river shrimps and tender bamboo shoots in the noodles, and tofu skin. The taste was unique and refreshing. Not only did I finish the noodles, but I almost drank up the soup.

We went there during the Chinese New Year. We lined up in the evening to get a number. We were told to wait for an hour. Wow... Why? Because he only makes one in each pot, and it has a strong smell. The operation room is transparent and clean. The ingredients are rich and substantial, with a lot of meat, and the meat is very tender. The combination of ingredients makes the taste rich, tomatoes, winter bamboo shoots, bean sprouts... The noodles are very tasty. It's worth waiting for an hour, and it takes about the same time to walk around and come back.

I came to this restaurant to have a bite on the first day in Shaoxing. It has very good online reviews and a great location, right at the intersection of Cangqiao Street. The restaurant is not big and clean. I ordered a bowl of pork liver noodles and it was very satisfying. The speed was a little slow and the quantity was a little small, but the taste was great.
