This store is located in Shantou, Guangdong. I bought their food online and had it delivered directly by SF Express, so I haven't been to the store yet. Shibing's delivery speed is quite fast. It arrived in Guangzhou the next day. Yes, there are ice packs to keep it fresh. I bought three flavors of crystal dumplings: taro, leek, and corn, as well as a piece of Kueh Rou. Chaoshan people like to eat these. After eating the leek crystal dumplings, the skin is transparent and very thin. You can see the stuffing inside. The skin tastes a bit like rubber, which is weird. Kueh Rou, usually eaten in Chaoshan restaurants are whole slices of meat rolls, but the ones here are very easy to break. When I used it to stir-fry cucumbers, it had become granular when it was served on the bowl and all broke.
