On a hot day, Qingxin Wan (Lotus Seed and Mung Bean) is perfect for a refreshing treat. 🫘 The mung beans are cooked to a fine, chewy consistency, while the lotus seeds have a natural, refreshing fragrance. The chewy Qingxin Wan (Lotus Seed and Mung Bean) wraps around them, making them incredibly refreshing. 🧊 They also have red bean, sago, and yada zi! The red beans are cooked until soft and gritty, while the yada zi has a nice, chewy texture. ✌️ Every spoonful is packed with flavor, bringing back the flavors of childhood! It was my first time trying Luo Tang Qian, and it was delicious!
