Who can resist a bite of yak beef? The meal at Shangri-La's Thousand and One Nights Banquet was absolutely amazing. I loved every dish! The dry pot was fragrant and spicy, and the beef was so tender. As a Sichuanese, I absolutely love this dry pot. The butter tea was delicious 😭, and the pancakes were tasty too. How come you're serving all these unique dishes? There was so much meat that I could eat it for ages, and there was still some left. The yak beef is their signature dish 🐮. The meat was so tender and chewy. In addition to dry pot stir-fries, they also have hot pot! Shangri-La still has so much delicious food! It was my first time trying yak beef dry pot, and it was packed with meat! The barley cakes were very filling and perfect as a main course. The yak beef 🦬🥩 was delicious, with a hint of milk. Their butter tea and yak yogurt were also delicious 🤤. The milky aroma still lingered in my mouth afterward.
