Longyan Shanghang is delicious. An old friend of mine recommended the street food he had eaten since childhood to me.
1️⃣ Roujiazi: Whether you can eat it depends on luck. After 4 pm every day, a tricycle will be seen on Heping Road. It will steam bamboo shoots, mushrooms and some minced meat with rice noodles mixed with ash water. When eating, it can be drizzled with shallot oil. 1r each, small grains like steamed dumplings, one bite each! (Friends support it, I think it&rsquo;s average)
