A big iron pot stews everything in the Northeast. No Northeasterner can resist it! When I saw the swans in Rongcheng, Shandong, I wanted to eat the Northeastern iron pot stew from my hometown. I found a very authentic iron pot stew in Chengshan. It was burned by wood!! (not gas) chicken, goose, fish, radish, potato, vermicelli and cabbage. The boss lady was very enthusiastic. The specialty of this restaurant is the stupid chicken pot 🐔 stewed spare ribs🍖 2. It is a fish pot. All live fish are freshly killed. The stupid chicken pot we ordered (hazel mushrooms, cabbage, potatoes, vermicelli in the pot) is super large. It is suitable for 3 or 4 people. We also ordered home-cooked cold dishes and stir-fried potato shreds. I wanted to add a few cold dishes. The boss lady was super nice and said she was afraid that we couldn&rsquo;t finish it. After the stew was done, the aroma came to our faces. The boss lady started to add vermicelli and green vegetables. The staple food was the special steamed small flower rolls and rice. The flower rolls were put into the pot and absorbed the soup. It was very fragrant.
