There are a few shredded carrots in the salty rice, and it is salty with a hint of sweetness. The beef soup here is also good, it should be some powder added to the minced beef, super tender and smooth, and some scallions and garlic must be added to the beef broth to enhance the flavor. The zongzi is relatively large, with pork belly, salted egg yolk and mushroom fillings, soft and glutinous rice mixed with special peanut butter, a little greasy, but tastes good. On the side opposite the Tonghuai Guanyu Temple on Tumen Street, Licheng District, there is a century-old brand called Haochengcai Steak House, famous for its steaks and other beef snacks. At mealtime, there is often a long queue at the door and it is difficult to get a seat inside the restaurant.
