[Environment] Very good, very quiet [Service] Great [Taste] The taste of Cantonese cuisine, authentic flavor
A delicious Cantonese restaurant with light flavors and a nice environment. Highly recommended!
Very authentic Cantonese restaurant with a wide variety of dishes and great taste
Hello, the missing person has returned! The weather is getting colder, time to start a new season of hot spring travel! I'll be updating regularly for the next two months, since I snagged a few room vouchers during Singles' Day. Main content below ⬇️ Singles' Day Promotion: Deluxe Room / Breakfast and Hot Spring for Two Adults and Two Children / Dinner at the Akiyama Restaurant 1388 Official WeChat Account Preface We arrived in Foshan around 2:40 PM, about a 1.5-hour drive. Check-in was on the right-hand side upon entering. Surprisingly, there were no rooms available during the week! 😿 The staff quickly arranged a room for me (the service here is truly impressive). They gave me a map and a brief introduction to the areas to visit. Then a young man came and helped me with my luggage, even personally escorting it to the room! Why aren't other hotels this good? (Maybe I look silly) ✨Room: We were given a room on the 4th floor of Building 3, which was fantastic! Building 3 is conveniently located, close to everything! The room was clean, and the balcony had a soaking tub that was deeper and larger than it looked in the pictures. The minibar had 4 bottles of water, 2 soy milks, 2 cola, and 2 beers. The cabinet next door had wine glasses, teacups, and even a wine knife. ✨After putting our luggage away, we went to the Commune for afternoon tea. We snagged 4 tickets for 11.11 each – amazing! The original price was 78/58 each. We ordered two bowls of mango pomelo sago and a raspberry/mango cheesecake. The taste was alright, not bad. Then we grabbed a map and started exploring. It was a 11-car ride, and the resort area isn't actually that big. There are several recreation rooms on the 1st floor of Building 3, including archery, a gym, and board games. Everything is here; ping-pong and similar facilities are free. The area is easily accessible. Several paid courts are connected, including tennis and volleyball courts. After wandering around, we discovered a miniature train. An uncle enthusiastically invited us to ride, but when he asked the price (68 yuan for two people), we were about to leave when he quietly said, "There's no one here now, how about 35 yuan for two people?" Deal! 🤝😻 Who isn't a big friend? ✨Hot Spring: The women's area is bright and clean, although it's really small. The shared area only has a wet sauna, no dry sauna, and only heated stone benches, no heated stone slabs. There are very few pools, maybe 7? No herbal packs, just the original hot spring water. The hot spring flavor is very mild, much milder than in Conghua. However, it's rarely crowded during the week, with private pools; I imagine it will be packed on weekends. ✨Dinner: I heard the crispy chicken here is famous, so I specifically bought a room voucher that included dinner. Being lazy, I didn't want to drive out again. Nearby, there are some well-known restaurants like Xiaoyuanli/Ma Rongji. After eating, it was just averagely delicious, nothing special. The original price of over 600 yuan wasn't worth it. ✨Breakfast: Lots of people, but orderly. Waiters led us to our seats, and a manager patrolled the restaurant, coordinating staff. I wanted to sit by the outdoor umbrella pool, but it was too cold to go anywhere 😂 About half Chinese and half Western food. The signature green rice noodle rolls tasted strange, but the waffles were delicious and the cream was very refreshing. (Limited space, summary in comments below)⬇️
🍂Autumn is here, where to go this weekend? Of course, a relaxing soak in a beautiful hot spring!♨️ Two places in Guangdong are famous for their genuine hot springs: Shaoguan and Sankeng in Qingyuan. For a two-day family trip, Sankeng Town, just 1.5 hours from Guangzhou, is the best choice! ♨️I've been to several hot springs in Sankeng Town, but Xinshijie is still the ultimate choice for families with kids!🤣 📝2 Days 1 Night Itinerary: Day 1: I suggest departing after lunch and checking into the hotel around 2 PM. You can enjoy a super chill afternoon tea first!🫖 ♨️After the break, we went to the hot spring area. As you can see, the hot spring water is mostly above 39 degrees Celsius – truly authentic hot springs! There were also some mini hot spring pools. My sister said they were specially prepared for children, so she said only she could use them, hahaha. 🍽️After the hot springs, we ate at the Xuan Restaurant. Don't miss the fried fish 🐟 and fish maw soup! 🛏️Back in the evening, we chose a family room with three beds, perfect for a family of four. It even had a children's swim ring, and the room had a private hot spring pool where we could enjoy the hot springs anytime.♨️ Day 2: After breakfast, we headed straight to the children's playground. It was so much fun both indoors and outdoors! There were three little wooden cabins: the first was a parent-child interactive classroom, the second was an indoor ball pit, and the third was a play and reading room for toddlers.📖 🕑There were also different parent-child classes at different times (additional fee💰). It was Halloween🎃, and we encountered a pumpkin lantern theme! Outdoor non-motorized playground, vegetable garden, and balance bikes – all free! 🆓 Don't miss the little train that winds its way through the garden! 🚂 🌾After checking out, you can visit nearby Shaxi Village. Park your car by the roadside; there's a huge rice paddy to photograph! 🐟You can also stroll around Baimiao Fishing Village; both are very nice. #AutumnColors #QingyuanHotSprings #WeekendGetaway #GreatWeekendDestinationForKids
