Mantingfang Hotpot Restaurant is a paradise for hotpot lovers! I visited again this Friday and was still impressed. The hotpot base is spicy and fresh, very flavorful! The ingredients are fresh and rich, and every bite is satisfying. The service is even more considerate and thoughtful, making people feel extra comfortable. Mantingfang is definitely worth visiting again and again!

The decoration is still as simple and neat as before. I have to say the food is better than that of Wuhou Temple, especially the signature dish, Hedu perch, which has the spicy and fresh taste of Zigong cuisine. We ordered so many dishes, but there were only two minor problems: the temperature of the Mapo tofu was not high enough and the steamed bun on the edge of the pot was soft and not crispy.
