We booked 3 rooms online. After checking in at the hotel in the evening, we ordered some local wild vegetables before going upstairs and asked the proprietress to prepare and call us to eat. There was braised chicken in a dry pot, stir-fried bacon with spring bamboo shoots, scrambled eggs with dried shrimps and mushrooms, and three side dishes. After the meal, we were given a plate of fermented bean curd made by the boss himself. After eating, we bought 2 bottles to take home and eat slowly.
