I really love this restaurant! I passed by Beilun last week and went there with my friends. It is located on the 30th floor of the hotel. You can overlook the whole Beilun while dining. The service is also very good! ! ! This is a restaurant that combines Ningbo cuisine with Cantonese cuisine. Both flavors can satisfy me. Ningbo cuisine is a combination of salty and fresh, and Cantonese cuisine pursues the original taste. For example, their Hokkaido lily sweet shrimp with garlic sauce, Chaoshan marinated double... I think every dish is exquisite and delicious. Especially the French liver beef short ribs, I personally love it. The beef short ribs mixed with foie gras sauce are amazing. The beef short ribs are full of juice when you take a bite~ And their crab meat and seaweed rice cake dessert, I personally love it too! I ate several pieces! The rice cake served on the table is fried golden and crispy on the surface, and the glutinous rice inside is soft, chewy, and a little moist, very delicious! ! ! My friends from Beilun took me to this newly opened rooftop restaurant in Shipu. It was amazing!!! I had no idea there was a restaurant like this in Beilun. The sea cucumber casserole, the stone pot fish skin and rice fish maw, and the beef short ribs were absolutely delicious! The short ribs were sprinkled with foie gras powder – a combination I'd never seen before, and it was such a perfect match. The pigeon with quinoa was even more crispy and easy to tear apart! The crab meat and seaweed rice cakes were delicious, but I ate too much, so they were a bit chunky! I ended up taking them away to make breakfast tomorrow 🥣!
