The noodles are so light, it is definitely a healthy diet. The soup is clear and watery without any oil or salt. Northerners may not be used to it, so it is recommended that you taste it with caution. The other dishes are still good.

面条太清淡了，绝对是健康的饮食，清汤寡水的一点油水和盐也没有，北方人真心不一定能吃的惯，建议谨慎品尝，其它菜都还是不错。

I&#39;ve been suffering from internal heat recently, so I&#39;m going to drink some porridge to lighten my mood! The dumplings are also very good, they are handmade! I heard from the boss that the front leg meat buns taste good. We are all old customers, and hope to do more activities.

Cakes and Pastries

- Copper Spoon Cake: Commonly known as Copper Spoon Rice Cake, this is a traditional delicacy from the Hakka region with a millennium of history. Made by grinding rice and soybeans into a paste, pouring it into a copper spoon, and adding fillings like shredded radish, it&#39;s then deep-fried until golden brown. The crust is crispy, while the filling is soft, glutinous, and sweet.

- Fried Rice Cake: Made by roasting and grinding glutinous rice into a powder, then adding sugar and sesame seeds, it has a crispy, sweet, and festive flavor, making it a traditional Shaoguan delicacy during festivals.

- Zhoupi Ice Flower Cake: A traditional snack from Wengyuan County, it boasts a beautiful appearance, a sweet and crispy texture, and a unique craftsmanship, making it a popular favorite. 

Ci Ci

- Jiaoli Ci: A common street food in Nanxiong, Jiaoli Ci is made by soaking white glutinous rice in a watery solution of yellow gardenia, grinding it into a paste, and then boiling it. The paste is then rolled into thin round slices and filled with sauerkraut, eggplant, chili peppers, and other fillings. It resembles dumplings and is steamed and ready to eat.  

- Guxia Guhua Ci: A specialty snack from Guxia Village, Fuxi Town, Renhua County, popular during the Hezhai Festival on the second day of the sixth lunar month. Made by popping the flowers of high-quality glutinous rice in a wood-fired pot, it boasts a golden color, crispy skin, and fragrant filling, with a sweet but not greasy texture.

- Huishui Ci: Also known as &quot;glutinous rice ci&quot; or &quot;water ci,&quot; it&#39;s made by melting the ash of the mountain Huangyuan tree in water, filtering it, and then mixing it with glutinous rice to form a paste. It has a crisp and tender flavor and a cooling effect, known for its heat-relieving, detoxifying, and stomach-strengthening properties. 

Others

- Changlai Egg Rice Cake: A local snack from Changlai Town in southern Lechang. This dish uses chopped bean sprouts, pork, and white radish as a filling, seasoned with spices. Steamed rice paste is then cut into circles to wrap the filling. Rolled into egg shapes, it&#39;s then steamed in a steamer for a mellow and fragrant flavor.

- Renhua Huatang Palace Radish: Made with fresh, pickled seasonal radish, this dish combines sour, crisp, sweet, and spicy flavors for a refreshing and delicious souvenir.  

- Zhoupi Rice Dumplings: A traditional Hakka snack from Wengyuan County with a century-old history. Using rice paste instead of flour for the wrapper, the dumplings are filled with fresh meat and mushrooms. Located in the city, the restaurant is ancient and charming. The waitresses are beautiful and enthusiastic. The proprietress is very nice. The dishes are authentic, the prices are acceptable, and the portions are large. This dish is delicious. I will come again next time.
