蟹黄汤喵🌟This is the most famous Laoyou Noodles shop in Nanning. I took a taxi here to eat in the morning. It had just rained, and the weather was quite cool. There were quite a lot of people eating, but there were still many empty seats. The store uses stainless steel basins, which are very old and friendly.
🌲Although Shuji's store is very small, about 30 to 40 square meters, the taste of Laoyou noodles is very good, the wide noodles are even better, the noodles are very soft, the most authentic Laoyou noodles, and I was lucky to be the first in line.
🍎I ordered three servings in total: Laoyou Beef Noodles Laoyou Three Fresh Noodles Laoyou Beef Jerky The meat and offal are quite fresh, without any peculiar smell, add the chili yourself, the chili here is really spicy, there are several kinds of chili, be careful when adding.

[Environment] Nice environment, clean and tidy [Service] Good service attitude [Taste] Laoyou Three Fresh Noodles: There are many ingredients in it, quail eggs, pig skin, squid, pork, very fresh, and the taste is unique! Laoyou Beef Jerky: Fried hot, not very dry, super fragrant!
Shuji Rice Noodle Shop: Nanning has a variety of rice noodles, such as Laoyou rice noodles, raw rice noodles, rolled rice noodles, Binyang sour rice noodles, fried rice worms, snail rice noodles, etc. Among them, Laoyou rice noodles are my favorite. So when I left Nanning by train at night, I packed a Laoyou rice noodle for dinner before leaving. Many people recommend this Shuji rice noodle shop, which is just near the Zhongshan Road Night Market, a short walk away, and the shop is open 24 hours a day. The kitchen is semi-open and transparent glass, and you can see the chefs making them on the spot, including boiled noodles, wontons, Yi noodles, dry noodles, and porridge. Because it was packed, it was inconvenient to ask for soup, so I ordered a beef fried Laoyou rice noodle. Watching the chef frying over high heat, the wok was full of energy. Pack it and heat it up at night to eat, the noodles are smooth and delicious.
As a snack, I ordered Laoyou Sanxian (pork liver, pork, tripe, squid, quail eggs). The squid was hard to chew. It smelled bad when it was first served, like bamboo shoots, not very good. It was much better after adding chives and peppers.
I came here because of its reputation. The locals are also very familiar with it. It is an old rice noodle shop in Nanning. The store is not very eye-catching, just an ordinary restaurant with some tables and chairs. There is a counter at the door where you pay the bill first and then get a sign to queue up for your food. They have a lot of noodle options, including dry ones. The first time I ate it, I ordered the signature Laoyou Three Fresh Noodles, which is a soup noodle. I watched the chef cook it one portion in front of me, adding a lot of seasonings. The taste of sour bamboo shoots is particularly strong, making the soup base sour and spicy. There are also a lot of ingredients in the three fresh noodles, including various squids, pork liver, minced meat, braised eggs, and even pork skin. It is very rich. The rice noodles are also very delicious, chewy and smooth, and they are more flavorful with soup. The price is also very affordable. Don't miss it if you pass by!
This was my first bowl of noodles in Nanning, and it didn't disappoint. It had a unique texture and was delicious. After getting off the plane and arriving at the hotel, I quickly stowed my luggage and took a taxi to this long-established noodle shop I'd long admired. It was lunchtime, and business was booming, mostly with locals enjoying lunch. I ordered, took my receipt to the serving counter, and waited for my bowl of noodles to come out of the pot. Then I devoured it and quickly gave up my seat. [Laoyou Beef Noodles] 15 Yuan [Laoyou Three Fresh Noodles] 17 Yuan I had the beef noodles, and my guide had the three fresh noodles. They tasted similar, just with the different sauce. I preferred the beef, but the three fresh noodles felt richer in ingredients. It's a matter of personal preference. Nanning noodles are quite unique. They're wide and flat, similar to the wide dried noodles in Chengdu, but they have a wonderful texture. They're smooth and creamy, and I slurp them up with big, slurpy mouthfuls. It's incredibly refreshing and satisfying. You can add your own chili peppers, but they're filled with lots of raw garlic, which is a bit of a turn-off for me, a garlic-averse person. Well, it's a great value. Such a big bowl, and a generous portion! Overall, prices in Nanning are pretty low.
