He said he had just visited Yunshuiyao, a place with beautiful mountains and water, and that we shouldn't miss out on the authentic local Hakka cuisine. The owner specifically recommended this Fujian-Cantonese restaurant for us. The three of us didn't order much, so we just ordered these four specialties: ‼️The Hakka secret salt-wine chicken is freshly made and has a rich chicken flavor. Nanjing Tulou‼️ I tried the nearly lost "Tulou Specialty Muscle Duck." Muscle ducks are grown in the ditches of rural springs, enjoying the mountainsides and eating river fish and shrimp. Their muscles are well-developed, earning them the local name "Muscle Duck." I came to Yunshuiyao Tulou in Nanjing to experience the world, and surprisingly, I tried Muscle Duck here...
