Stepping inside felt like stepping into a tavern from a Jin Yong novel&mdash;red lanterns hanging high, waiters in horse-face skirts bustling about serving dishes, and even the air was filled with the aroma of Sichuan peppercorns! The owner was so generous that he treated the whole city to guokui and liangfen (cold rice noodles) for his grand opening! This carb-obsessed person immediately showed off three servings! 🤤
