The environment is very good. The waitress was a girl who amazed me. She was so beautiful. The waitress was also very handsome. The food was very good. It was a high-end experience. Two people paid 298. A bottle of thick blueberry juice was worth it. The other specialties were super good. The meat skewers were big and delicious. The sausage was also good for breakfast.

很好吃的餐厅。菜品样式多，而且口味均很好。两天内来了两次，真的很推荐。尤其是奶酪面包，好吃的不得了。性价比或许会低一些，但毕竟是俄式西餐厅，服务好，还有俄罗斯服务员，算是值了。装修也是俄风格的，满意满意。

After several attempts, we suddenly discovered that the Russian Rubli Western Restaurant in Manzhouli has some unique skills. The Western food here is not inferior to the Western restaurants in Beijing. Now, if you go to Manzhouli and don’t go to Rubli Western Restaurant to eat its Ukrainian borscht and smoked fish, it’s like you haven’t been to Manzhouli. This restaurant has become a brand in Hulunbuir.

We started to make reservations on the way, but there were no seats left. We arrived in Manzhouli around 5pm and got a number. We went in around 7pm. This is the main restaurant. It was faster than expected. It was quite authentic Russian food. The waiters included Russian beauties and handsome men. There were also chefs who prepared meals. The ingredients were fresh and tempting. Eight adults and three children spent about 800 yuan, which was quite good.

I heard it's incredibly popular, so we waited until 3 PM for lunch, and it was still packed. The food was delicious, especially the steak. The borscht and salad were also good; the pickles were just not what I'm used to. If you're in Hulunbuir, you absolutely must try Lubuli.

Luburi Western Restaurant is one of the most famous Western restaurants in Manzhouli. If you arrive too late, you might not get a table, and the line is incredibly long. The Luburi logo is on the door curtain, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend the #Red Wine Foie Gras# dish; it's truly smooth and melts in your mouth, with a rich, yet not greasy flavor. The foie gras paired with the red wine pear is delicious without being cloying. The #Häagen-Dazs# dish is a bit too sweet, and the raisins are a bit unnecessary. The cheese in the #Sausage and Cheese Pizza# wasn't particularly well-made; the large slices were joined together, and the flavor was crusty and not very appealing. The #Filet Mignon# dish was decent, but a bit overcooked and lacked flavor. The #Cream of Mushroom Soup# dish was quite good, with a rich flavor and a fresh mushroom flavor. The buttery garlic croutons added just the right amount of flavor. #Cheese Baked Rice# is a super high-calorie dish that tasted pretty good, but baked rice is hard to make tasteless. #Chef's Salad# didn't have much to offer. The food was generally good, and the colors were pretty. However, the food wasn't as tasty as I'd imagined, and it wasn't much different from typical Western food. The restaurant accepts credit cards, has free Wi-Fi, and the ambiance and service are quite good.
