Luoyang Water Banquet originated in the Tang Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,000 years. It is one of the oldest famous banquets. As you can understand from the literal meaning, the main feature of this cuisine is soup. Since you are in Luoyang, you have to try the local cuisine such as water banquet. My friend made a strategy in advance and walked along the market street for a long time before finally finding this restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant at more than six o'clock, the waiter asked the number of people and let us go up to the second floor by ourselves. This corridor is really narrow, about one meter wide, and only one person can walk. The whole room environment is simple, with a total of seven four-person tables, equipped with long benches. Disposable tablecloths are laid on the table, and tableware is charged at 1 yuan per person. It is said that the quantity is large, so everyone asked for a small portion, and two people ordered a total of four dishes. Luoyang Yancai (small)  It should not be popular to eat bird's nest in ancient times. At first glance, Yancai has a bit of the shadow of bird's nest. It is actually made with very finely chopped radish. The knife skills and cooking techniques do not taste radish at all. The ingredients also include black fungus and shredded chicken, but the pepper taste is too strong, and 77 can't hold it. Pork slices with soup (small) This is a bit of a hodgepodge, with meat slices, mushrooms, day lily, pork skin, black fungus, tomatoes, and edamame. The taste of pepper is lighter than that of bird's nest, and 77 likes this dish more than the other two! Crispy pork I eat a lot of crispy pork, and it has the highest meat content among all the dishes, so 77 likes it the most~ Hawthorn soup This dish was the first one to come up. I felt it was a bit sweet at first, but after eating the salty dishes, it became sour and sweet when I came back to eat it. The base is thickened hawthorn, with fermented rice and apples added. It is similar to Shanghai fruit soup and can be drunk as a beverage. Actually, the taste is not particularly amazing. I gave it four stars just because of the price. For the people in Shanghai, it is so cheap!

It is definitely a time-honored brand. The boss said that if you come early, you have to wait at the door. If you barge in, you will be kicked out! The price is cheap and the quantity is large. 400 yuan for more than 20 dishes is really affordable, but the taste is not suitable for people with heavy tastes. Because it is all boiled, it is very light, with some sweetness, some saltiness but no spiciness. As Hubei people, we all regret not bringing Lao Gan Ma!

It's great. It was recommended online. People said it was crowded. I went early and there were no people. When I left, it was crowded. It's a pity that I didn't try the hot and sour flavor. It's still great and very cheap. Two adults and one child, 80 yuan, ate so much that they couldn't walk. The key is that the taste is good, but it may not be acceptable to everyone.

I chose this shuixi restaurant after seeing good reviews on Ctrip. I was staying at the Home Inn Baima Temple, 2.4 kilometers away, a 30-minute walk. Guanji is in an alley, but it was easy to find using AutoNavi. The restaurant isn't big, and the ambiance is average, but the shuixi is truly delicious, and the prices are reasonable. For two, I had a full meal for 64 yuan. If you're visiting Luoyang, you should definitely give it a try, but be sure to go early. I arrived at 6:00 am and there was a long line, and it was even longer when I left. Highly recommended. The only downside was that the steamed buns were cold.
