It is located in Qijia Hot Spring Village, Longhua, Chengde City, with very convenient transportation. Moreover, their parking lot is super large and free, so you don&#39;t have to worry about finding a parking space. The architectural style of the farmhouse is also very distinctive, with two floors, spacious and bright. The interior of the room is warm and comfortable, and the sheets and bedding are clean and tidy, so people can feel the warmth of home as soon as they enter the door.

A friend called Hegu a &quot;Little Yunnan in Beijing,&quot; but I didn&#39;t believe it&mdash;until I tried this Jinlu Tea-Fragrant Pork! The braised pork is first braised and then deep-fried, resulting in a crispy crust brimming with tea aroma. The tea leaves underneath soak up the meat&#39;s juices. My friend, while still saying she was on a diet, grabbed three pieces straight away. It was truly delicious! 😭

The texture is somewhere between fern and pea tips, refreshing and crispy, and the spicy and sour sauce is incredibly flavorful. I finished the whole plate by myself... (I silently raised my hand to order a second one.)

My eyes lit up after the first sip&mdash;if my stomach wasn&#39;t so limited, I&#39;d have wanted to just grab the whole pot! (I secretly asked the waiter if I could get a refill, and she smiled and filled it up for me. 👍)
