Shaanxi Shisan uses Shaanxi's local specialty ingredients as its flavor, including walnuts and red dates, Hancheng peppercorns, Luochuan apples, Dali watermelons, and even chili oil and honey jelly, which are very Shaanxi-style flavors. The store also has homemade hot Hu tea.

Honey walnuts are delicious but expensive. There is also a weird ice cream with spicy oil flavor.

This is a place in Shaanxi that sells ice cream, and also has some Shaanxi-style pastries. I personally like the Laozao ice cream here, the sesame sauce and cold skin flavor, as well as the chili oil and tofu flavor. It's very unique and delicious. This restaurant has been on a TV show, and Nicholas Tse has also tasted it. They sell in batches of two, so I recommend you try it, it's really delicious.
