According to the introduction, this Jianglingjia breakfast shop has been open for more than ten years. It has moved to a new community next to Binhe Park and is also very close to the train station.

The main dishes are Huaza noodles, Zhaza beef noodles, etc. In addition to noodles, you can also choose bean curd and egg skin. I have never eaten these two, so I tried them.

Sour cabbage, bacon and egg skin, with soup, pickled cabbage shreds, carrot shreds, and bacon shreds as whistles. The egg skin below has a little taste of sweet potato starch, but no peppers are added.
