I went to Lichuan, Hubei, the cool capital, to escape the summer heat. As soon as I got off the train, I went straight to the breakfast shop I liked to have breakfast and try the local specialties.

According to the introduction, this Jianglingjia breakfast shop has been open for more than ten years. It has moved to a new community next to Binhe Park and is also very close to the train station.

The store is not big, but the decoration is a bit exquisite. There are many people, and the outdoor seats are almost full.

The main dishes are Huaza noodles, Zhaza beef noodles, etc. In addition to noodles, you can also choose bean curd and egg skin. I have never eaten these two, so I tried them.
