The earth bamboo shoots are braised in red sauce, and the taste is very good, but the chicken pieces are cut very small, and the boss should have kept the leg meat for himself... because I didn't seem to find that meat in the bowl. The boss directly recommended the bupleurum and yam to us with the ingredients, all freshly picked. The price is not expensive. It's the first time to eat bupleurum, and I didn't know that this medicinal material can also be eaten as a green leafy vegetable, and it has a special fragrance and tastes very good. The green plum wine is sweet, and the alcohol content is estimated to be more than 20 degrees. It's a local specialty, not bad.

We drove to the Five Eyes Bridge in Maolan Scenic Area, stopped to ask people where we could hire a guide to go through the cave, and Brother Li showed up. We asked the price first, and the guide fee was 100 yuan. We thought the price was reasonable, so we asked him to be our guide. We drove to his house, parked the car, and each of us brought a bottle of water. Brother Li gave us a few bamboo poles and a few head-mounted mining lamps, and we set off to cross the cave. We had already prepared dry food for lunch, but after 3 hours of hiking, we felt that Brother Li was a very nice and enthusiastic person, so we decided to try the farmhouse dishes at his house.

Maolan is very beautiful, the proprietress cooks delicious dishes, and even picked wild vegetables for me to eat. The green plum soup is also delicious. I bought two bags of dried green plums and boiled them at home to drink.

The taste is good, authentic farm food, especially the local chicken.
