We traveled to Tibet, and this stop was in Lhasa. We had completed the challenge of the Great Northern Line of Ali, and were about to return. On the last night in Lhasa, we didn&#39;t want to walk around, so we just ate casually in the Tibetan restaurant in the hotel where we stayed. It was probably around 7pm, and the restaurant was full, with only four small tables in front of the cashier and a small table on the left hand side of the door. There was a performance in the hall, so everyone sat in the hall. We didn&#39;t care, so we sat outside. The waiter who entertained us was very enthusiastic. We didn&#39;t know how to order Tibetan dishes, and kept asking questions, but the waiter was still smiling, answering our questions, and finally ordered the dishes.

This is no longer traditional Tibetan cuisine, it has been combined with Chinese cuisine. The waiter introduced us to eat beef tongue, which was like boiled in water. We called it boiled, and after it was cooked, it was cut into thin slices, and then arranged like an open fan, with a dish of red pepper salt, which should be a little spicy, but I think the pepper salt tastes good, it&#39;s beef tongue, maybe yak tongue? The taste is much stronger, which is not acceptable to every Han Chinese.

The curry tripe is the most delicious dish, and the portion is large. We can accept the taste of curry, which is not very pungent. There is a lot of tripe, a full plate, but you have to pay attention to your image when eating, because the curry will lose color and your mouth will turn yellow. However, this dish is not spicy and tastes much better than expected. The waiter introduced us to drink goat milk and yogurt drinks, which are packed in a box. I didn&#39;t expect it to be so expensive, nearly 50 yuan a box, and one box may pour out about three cups. I think yogurt tastes better than goat milk.
