This is a time-honored pork trotter rice restaurant. The chicken is delicious, but one serving of chicken is a bit too much. Eating all of them will cause high cholesterol. The bamboo shoot soup is good, the bamboo shoots are very tender.

The specialty is the trotter rice, which is a large piece of trotter meat. The fried fish maw is also delicious. My wife doesn’t like it so she didn’t order it, but it looked very good to me. It was braised large intestine and was cooked very cleanly.

It looks greasy, but it doesn't taste greasy at all; it truly melts in your mouth, the glistening fat is tender, and the lean meat isn't dry—fragrant, tender, and smooth. The minced pork rice is also a well-known snack, rich and flavorful. The minced pork has visible fat, but it's not greasy at all; it has the aroma of minced pork, with soft, crumbly fat, and the sauce perfectly complements the rice—it's incredibly delicious!
