I love the sweet-scented osmanthus glutinous rice cake. The tofu is very delicious, and the texture is like egg cake. I ate it at noon and took my friends there in the evening, but the store closed early. What a pity.

After climbing Mount Lushan in Jiujiang, I headed straight down to this decade-old restaurant, Yiqian Shao Jiujiang Cuisine! Even at 7pm, there were still lines waiting; it was incredibly popular! The signature "Yiqian Shao Fish Head and Fish Offal" is incredibly fresh! The fish head, roe, and maw are smothered in a rich, slightly spicy broth, and I devoured a whole bowl! The "Chuanqiao Edamame" is sour and spicy, with a hint of plum flavor, and the slightly spicy flavor is addictive! My friends all scrambled for it! They even wanted to order more! The "Jiangzhou Three Shredded Pork Intestines" is a salty and spicy dish that goes well with rice. I devoured three bowls of rice! And the "Old Jiujiang Beer Duck"—half a duck stewed to boneless tenderness, with a spicy, spicy, and sweet flavor that's intoxicating! It's so delicious you can't stop! (My biggest regret is that the handmade black tofu is sold out! I absolutely have to try it next time I'm in Jiangxi!) The environment is clean, and the service is even better than Haidilao!
