Who knows! This Oriental Rice Noodle Shop in Jiujiang is a locals&#39; secret breakfast paradise! Tucked away in Shazidun Mobile Alley, it&#39;s small and shabby, but the taste is undeniably divine!

Arriving early in the morning and seeing the long lines, you know it&mdash;shredded pork noodles with shuizi and egg are a Jiujiang breakfast staple! The shredded pork topping is freshly fried and melts in your mouth, and the generous portion is so generous that even a small bowl would pile up like a mountain. The broth is a light bone broth with just the right balance of salty, savory, sour, and spicy&mdash;I even drank the soup!

The women are incredibly skilled, and the open counter is visible! Although the floor is slippery and the seating is cramped, the value is incredible! Just a few meters away, you can enjoy a bowl of noodles piled high with shredded pork.
