After visiting the Xiandu Scenic Area in Jinyun, Lishui, I went to Nan Ge&#39;s Kitchen in the county town alone that evening. I ordered three dishes and bought a bottle of Beijing Erguotou (a type of Chinese liquor) from the supermarket next door. The braised river fish, a specialty of Lishui, was indeed incredibly delicious; I couldn&#39;t stop eating it and finished the whole plate.

For several days after returning home, I&#39;d been craving small mixed fish. Today, I couldn&#39;t resist any longer and went to the market, buying several small mixed fish and three small bream. After washing them, I marinated them in salt for fifteen minutes, then pan-fried them, added hot water, scallions, ginger, and soy sauce, and started braising them. The fishmonger said it tastes best without adding anything else.

And then I waited to feast!

The signature dishes are paper-wrapped fish and double-layer charcoal grilled bullfrog. I ordered them and they tasted pretty good. The lady boss is pretty and enthusiastic, and the dishes are served quickly. The taste is also good, and everyone is quite satisfied!
There is a buy two get one free promotion at Thirteen Spices, so the price-performance ratio is pretty good. It is quite flavorful, and I personally prefer spicy.

✔️The atmosphere of Lishui is hidden in the old shop between the mountains and rivers.
✔️From a bowl of vermicelli in the morning mist to a pot of fish head in the middle of the night, the eight flavors are fermented by time, and the mellow and long taste of the mountains and fields is brewed on the tip of the tongue. 

1⃣️Jinyun sesame cake: charcoal roasted, plum fragrance around the tongue 
✅The golden crispy skin is pasted in the charcoal roasting barrel, the plum fat filling is oily and salty, and the crumbs fall off when you bite it, and the sugar, oil, caramel and gravy rush straight into the nose!

2⃣️Jinyun Tushuang noodles: thousands of kneading and rolling, nourished by mountain springs 
✅Handmade silver thread noodles kneaded and pulled with camellia oil, long cooking without getting mushy! Pour the minced meat with snow vegetable, and take a bite. The chewy and oily taste of wild wheat fills your lips and teeth.

3⃣️Beat the meat soup: beat the meat with the back of the knife, tender and smooth 
✅Pop the pork hind leg meat with a wooden mallet until the texture is soft, thicken it with mountain starch into a thick soup, bamboo shoots and mushrooms enhance the freshness, smooth as agar, warm the stomach and fill the stomach.
