SAN BAO BIE YUAN REASTAURANT

I wanted to go to Sanbao for dinner, but I didn't expect that the number of people was limited at 12 o'clock, so I came to the nearby Sanbao Courtyard. I didn't expect it to be quite pleasantly surprised. Environment: A restaurant surrounded by mountains and water. There is also a small courtyard in the small private room. It is not exquisite, but it is quite unique. Freshly cooked spring water fish head The big fish head tastes very satisfying. The fish meat is good. I can't eat spicy food. It is recommended to eat it right after the pot is opened. Those with heavy taste can wait a little longer. Thousand-year kiln fire This dish is duck feet, duck tongue and dried bean curd, and the taste is not bad. Braised platter The taste is different from the Hong Kong style or Chaozhou braised food, but it is also very delicious. I like the dried bean curd and pig's trotters in it. Handmade glutinous rice cake The sweetness is just right, glutinous, fragrant, and I like it very much. The service is also great, the dishes are served quickly, and the fish head is actively chopped for us, which is very thoughtful.

The seats for dining are distributed in different areas of the restaurant, with different styles, including water views, garden views, and cottages. The dishes are mainly Jiangxi specialties, the taste is not bad, and the price is relatively affordable. In the water view area, you can see a few geese playing around, and there are also singing and dancing porcelain performances.

Completely different from the usual options, I heard they use freshly slaughtered hens, simmered until golden brown, and the chicken melts in your mouth! - Jiangxi Rice Noodles: Delicious both dry and in soup! The flavor is so fragrant and bouncy, soaking up the broth like no other. - Stir-fried snails: The seasoning is amazing, spicy and sweet. Even I, a friend who doesn't like spicy food, couldn't stop eating. - Braised pork: Fatty but not greasy, even softer and more tender than Shanghainese dishes. The best part is that even the non-spicy dishes are incredibly authentic! The stir-fried tofu in the vegetable garden is incredibly well-prepared, with a burst of bean flavor. The setting is an antique Chinese courtyard, and you can browse the antiques while waiting for your meal. P.S. I recommend visiting at a different time; the lines can be quite long on weekends!
