Pickled vegetable egg fried alkaline cake, 26 yuan, alkaline cake is soft and chewy, and it tastes like rice cake. The alkaline cake I ate in some stores was hard and not delicious, but Sanbao's was dry and delicious, except that it was slightly salty, there was nothing wrong with it. We bought a few alkaline cakes to take home, 8 yuan each. The ingredients are fresh, of good quality and taste good. Even though it is a bit expensive, the restaurant is still crowded with customers. When we left, there were many people waiting for their number to be called at the door, and the parking lot was closed and full.
