8 Degree Kitchen is a Gan Cuisine Restaurant with high-end decoration. Two people ordered iron plate eggplant steak, Duchang potato starch paste and egg white lotus root balls, totaling 97 yuan. The taste was good and the waiter was very friendly. What I was not satisfied with was that two small bowls of rice were enough for two people, but they actually served a large pot of rice and charged me 6 yuan, which was too much. Tea fee was 2 yuan. The iron plate eggplant steak on the wall clearly said 26 yuan, but when I checked out, I was charged 28 yuan. When I asked the cashier, he couldn't give a reason, which made me unhappy.

The price is really affordable, there are many varieties, and the most important thing is that the environment is comfortable and clean. During the few days in Jingdezhen, I came here to eat almost every night. The taste is good and there are many special dishes. I really like the soups.

The location is easy to find, opposite the Diwang Square, the food is relatively authentic and cost-effective. I recommend the steamed pork with rice flour (apart from the high oil content, the taste is really good), the soups are unique, and the dumplings and alkaline water cakes are all good.

Arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, many dishes were gone. The private room was not cleaned in time, but the dishes were cheap and tasted OK.
