On a rainy Friday night, a friend dragged me to an immersive interactive play. My surprise was that the Nanfeng Opera House in Daming Lake was absolutely stunning on a rainy night.
I walked in, got my role, changed into props, and instantly became a character in the play: a clerk in a Republican-era watch repair shop. Okay, the boss is pretty cool, and Henry is a long-standing brand in Jinan. This play was a success.
My role was to earn money, auction it off, and help the boss become the new president of the Chamber of Commerce. Without a bit of brains, you really can&#39;t make any money. The audience was so immersed in the play, each one giving their all.
It was a busy two hours, and I felt so involved that the plot didn&#39;t drag on. The Nanfeng Opera House was beautifully decorated with a retro feel, and the props were incredibly realistic and felt incredibly high-quality. I felt like I&#39;d truly been transported to the turbulent days of the Republic of China.
