Those who want to taste it can decisively take a number and enjoy it.

It is already dark when you walk along the Pearl Spring, Baotu Spring, Wulongtan and Daming Lake. Other places are a bit indifferent and ready to close, but this place is still bustling. The door of the restaurant is antique and the front is not big, but it is a different world inside. After sitting down, the waiter quickly served the special copper tableware and free chicken soup. The must-order nine-turn large intestine, scallion-fried pig tendon, Minghu three kinds, and hot and sour soup are suitable for two people. It is not the kind of big pot that makes you feel overwhelmed. The dishes are exquisite and taste good, living up to the reputation of the old Shandong cuisine restaurant.

On the evening of August 15, the Mid-Autumn Festival, I went to Wulongtan with my family to see the Crescent Spring, which was gushing again. The Crescent Waterfall represents all the famous springs in Jinan. Then I went to the Qushui Pavilion and Baihuazhou near the old streets and alleys, and found this Kuishengju, which is known as a century-old Shandong cuisine restaurant. It may have been very famous! As an old Jinan, I have heard of and seen Jufengde, Yanxitang, and Huiquanlou, but I have never heard of this one. Maybe I am not old enough, haha! The first floor is a space separated by partitions, which feels noisy. I wonder if there are quieter rooms on the second floor. The food tastes OK. The three kinds of Songhua are very delicious, especially the eggplant strips inside, which are soft and served with beans and Songhua eggs. The milk soup fish belly tastes light, and the sesame sauce biscuits are too hard. It is not the taste of freshly baked when I was a child. It seems that the biscuits made earlier were heated in the microwave.

The signboard has a long history. I ordered some Shandong dishes and they tasted very authentic.
