I came to Chunjiang for dinner because of its reputation. It was almost 1:00 in the afternoon, but there were still a few tables of diners. Since I was alone, I ordered a few small dishes. I especially want to mention the Jiuzhuan Dachang (Nine-turn Large Intestine). It is a must-try every time I go to Shandong. The taste is excellent and the presentation is exquisite. The portion is a little small, but it is enough for one person. I also had the sea cucumber rice. The sea cucumber sauce is rich, salty and fresh. I highly recommend it! Highly recommended!
