I love Zibo barbecue so much! After a trip to Zibo, I was determined to eat all the Zibo barbecue in Qingdao😉
This is the fourth Xiaohan Yang Zibo barbecue in Jiaozhou City.
This store has been in my favorites for a long time because it has the same name as the Internet celebrity barbecue store in Zibo. But it is a little far away. This time I went to see the tulips and checked in smoothly.
We ordered thirty skewers of pork belly, five chicken hearts, a portion of green onions, two small cakes, two grilled sausages, two skewers of ladders, a portion of enoki mushrooms and a bottle of Dayao, which cost about 140 yuan in total. The price-performance ratio is still very good.
🧡Just from the perspective of grilled pork belly, the taste is still very 🉑️, the meat is fat and lean, the roasting temperature is just right, the sprinkled ingredients are very tasty, and the barbecue alone will not feel bland. With small cakes and fresh green onions, the greasy meat and the crispy sweetness of the green onions are blended, and you can easily pick up a pack of cakes.
🧡This is the first time I&#39;ve eaten roasted chicken hearts. They are actually pig&#39;s teeth! I tried a bunch of them and they tasted really good, especially tough. Although it looks very greasy, it&#39;s actually not greasy at all, and it&#39;s crispy and bouncy. I&#39;ll order more next time.
