There are not many dishes, only three kinds: chicken, white water radish and Jianchuan flower heart potato! But the taste is very good! Worth recommending.

I have heard that there are alpine rhododendrons all over the road from Madang to Xiangtu in Jianchuan County, but I have never had the chance to go. This weekend, I invited a group of colleagues to go on a spontaneous trip. When I got off the highway from Diannan in Jianchuan, I first went to Sangling Village to see the blooming tassels. There is a clear dragon pond next to the village, surrounded by several tall century-old tassel trees. It is in full bloom, and the tiny white flowers are like flying snow falling on the small bridges and flowing water, which is very interesting. No matter how beautiful the scenery is, it is not as good as a delicious meal. After taking pictures, I immediately rushed to Liyuan Three Courses. Colleagues who arrived earlier had ordered local chicken, water radish, and flower heart potato. After a full meal, I went straight to Madang. Starting from Diannan towards Lanping, it takes an hour to reach Madeng Town. After asking the locals to confirm the road, we enter the Maxiang Highway. After a few kilometers of gravel and dirt roads, we reach a flat asphalt road that winds up the mountain. The alpine azaleas on the roadside are in full bloom as expected. The higher you go, the more flowers there are. There are patches of azaleas dotted between the alpine pastures, herds of cattle and sheep grazing among the flowers, and Yi girls in brightly dressed clothes dancing. It makes people feel intuitively that the pastoral idyll described by the poet is right in front of them. #TheSceneryOnTheRoad

There are three main dishes: chicken, boiled radish, and fried Jianchuan flower heart potatoes. The chicken can be braised or boiled, depending on personal preference. It tastes really good!
