There are many chain restaurants in Huaishang Doufu. As you can tell from the name, this restaurant specializes in tofu. So we ordered the signature fish head tofu pot, fried tofu steak, Huaifu golden beef, and a hot vegetable platter. The bean curd butterfly Sanzi is wrapped with thousand sheets of paper and scallion root vegetables. The Sanzi is crunchy when you bite it, mixed with sauces and vegetable juices, it's simply amazing! It's still very unique.
