There are only a handful of Chinese restaurants with three Michelin stars, and Lung King Heen in the Four Seasons Hotel is one of them. From the pre-meal confirmation booking to the environment, service, food and hygiene, everything is attentive. The abalone crisps, Songzi barbecued pork pineapple buns and shrimp dumplings are must-eats. It can be said to be the most satisfying meal in recent years!
Lung King Heen, located on the fourth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, has long occupied the three-star position on the Michelin recommendation list, which shows its profound skills. When I bought the tickets for Vivian Chow's concert, my best friend also booked a seat for lunch at Lung King Heen, which can be said to be perfect. Because I booked a window seat, the view facing Victoria Harbor is very good. Looking at the menu, except for dim sum, most of the items are in three digits, and the two-digit signature dim sum are also sold in single pieces, and the price is also very high. However, there are still many customers. You can't eat without reservation~ We ordered the signature abalone chicken nugget crisps, dragon pear jade belt fragrance, mango sago, roast suckling pig, signature fried rice, etc., and basically no negative reviews, especially the abalone chicken nugget crisps are delicious 😋 The service is also very good. Of course, when paying the bill, a four-digit price is also unbeatable Sometimes I feel really lucky. At noon on a weekday when others are busy, I sit in the high-end Four Seasons Hotel and eat Michelin three-star food. In front of me is the open Victoria Sea view. I don't have to pay for food and drink. Life is really too good. Thank you for loving me, my bestie 😍 I will cherish it^_^
Located on the fourth floor of the hotel, it enjoys a great view of Victoria Harbour and is a model of modern high-end Cantonese cuisine. It is the only restaurant in Hong Kong that has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide. Executive chef Chen Yande is also the first Chinese chef to receive this honor. The Internet says that it is at least 3 months in advance. Because I am a hotel guest, I pestered the front desk manager and managed to grab a seat at noon on the third day, which was the only private room. Many dishes in Lung King Heen can be ordered in half portions or per person, so friends who come to taste the food should try to order half portions and order more dishes. The service attitude is super good, and they respect the guests very much. It is worth a good experience, 100 points.
Lung King Heen - the only Michelin three-star Chinese restaurant in the world The signature Lung King Heen fried rice is a simple fried rice, but with the addition of lobster, crab meat, scallops and other ingredients, it is no longer a fried rice. The surprise is that you really can't imagine how the rice that looks distinct grains can be soft and elastic. The key point is why the fried rice can be made without a bit of oil, refreshing and not greasy. This meal is worth the price of 410. Signature dim sum abalone chicken crispy: the crispy skin is filled with chicken cubes, and the top is abalone. The crispy tart is crispy and fragrant, and then the chicken juice flows, and finally the elasticity and thickness of the abalone , soft and tender original juice… Barbecued pork: very substantial, very thick, rich taste, tender meat, just the right amount of fat and lean, three pieces will not make you feel sick… Siomai Emperor: I don’t remember the specific name, thin skin and lots of stuffing, too much stuffing, one bite, all shrimp meat Pine nut barbecued pork pineapple bun: the focus is on the ingredients, barbecued pork is really not the focus, slowly the pine nuts are the real ingredients, the mouth will leave the fragrance of pine nuts The most worthwhile dessert in Longjingxuan: Mango pudding, surpassing any dessert shop in Hong Kong, the combination of mango and pomelo meat plus a thick layer of egg flower at the bottom, this is called perfect, mellow fruit, smooth coconut milk, really can’t describe its uniqueness Finally, the service of Longjingxuan is too good, the service style is rich but the service is absolutely in place, and finally we were given osmanthus cake and small pancakes, delicious, and finally with the unbeatable sea view as a "side dish", this meal is worth it. It is recommended to make an appointment more than one month in advance when coming to Hong Kong.
The first Chinese restaurant to win three Michelin stars, and one of the few Chinese restaurants with three Michelin stars. Located on the fourth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel in Central, I made a reservation online three months in advance (and only got a regular seat, not a window seat). Their dim sum dishes, such as Dragon Prince Steamed Dumplings, Abalone and Chicken Puff Pastry, and Pine Nut Barbecued Pork and Pineapple Buns, are only available at noon. If you want to eat these dim sum, remember to order them for lunch, as they are not available for dinner!
A different experience. My husband and I were both craving for food and one was vegetarian. We thought it would be troublesome to order dishes because there were not many people. If we ordered more, it would be a waste and we would not be able to experience more dishes. The restaurant's thoughtful meal package solved my problem. The quality of the dishes is beyond words. My husband repeatedly commented that it is more suitable for Chinese tastes than the three-star Michelin French restaurants in France! I can't stop praising it... Even a vegetarian stir-fried amaranth is so refreshing, and the aroma of the dishes is superb... I strongly recommend everyone to try it, but it's a little expensive
