This is a chain restaurant, which is said to be the most famous ice-cooked lamb hotpot in Hohhot. I had to queue for nearly two hours before I got a seat. The decoration inside the restaurant is very Mongolian. The lamb and other ingredients are fresh and taste good. The price is a bit expensive. You can try it when you come to Hohhot for tourism.

I came here because of its reputation. I went to the Sanfen branch in the morning, but I was late because I got off work and didn't eat. I searched for a place close to the train station and tried ice-boiled lamb. I don't like it, so I put ice cubes and large pieces of meat in the bottom of the pot to cook. After the pot was boiled, the waiter said it was ready to eat. We couldn't bite it, and it was still not tasty after cooking for a while. If you want to eat lamb cubes, you can eat hand-held meat. Lamb slices are better to eat in hot pot. The milk tea is instant and salty. My children like it more. After eating, it tastes like boiled cabbage in clear water. I ordered some dishes and noodles, and ate them with small sauces. I was full.

During this trip to Hohhot, I accidentally discovered a treasure hotel - Lemon Smart Hotel! As a person who is quite picky about accommodation requirements, this hotel really gave me a lot of surprises.
