As a native of Haifeng, Shanwei, although I grew up in Shenzhen, I occasionally go back to my hometown to eat delicious food~ These are the restaurants I must eat every time I go back (it can also be said that I go back to Haifeng specifically to eat these restaurants) 1⃣️B Ji Charcoal Grilled Beef (📍No. 1, Lane 3, Fenwei New Village, Fucheng Town Sanhuan West Road) This barbecue restaurant is not allowed to be unknown to everyone! I eat barbecue for two days when I go back. The beef dip is wrapped in lettuce. If it doesn’t taste good, come to me! Recommended dishes: beef, sweet potato, golden cake, cuttlefish intestines, and beef ribs. ⚠️There may be a queue at night. It is recommended to make an appointment by phone in advance or avoid peak hours. It is open until very late, and there is food for midnight snacks~ 2⃣️Fragrant fish balls (📍Just walk into the alley of Hongchang Chabaidao, or ask people at Chabaidao) When I was drinking, the two girls sitting next to me held a box of fish balls, and they were simply dizzy with the fragrance! She said she had been eating this often since she started school and highly recommended it. It was a shop that only people who live in Haifeng knew about. Then we bought some to eat. She said she didn’t like one box and bought another one! Except for the taro, which I didn’t like very much, everything else was delicious~ 3⃣️Octopus balls (📍Auntie’s dog hair cake) Octopus balls and dog hair cake are at the same address. Every time I go back, I eat a box of this octopus balls by myself. Remember to add more seaweed!!! I haven’t eaten any octopus balls that can compete with it in Shenzhen yet. 4⃣️Zeng Ji Douhua (📍Just across the street from Auntie’s dog hair cake, it’s easy to find with a cart) Both the tofu pudding and sesame paste are delicious. I also recommend their fried dough sticks! 5⃣️Jinhua Restaurant (📍No. 21, Guangfu Road) Every time my family goes back for morning tea, they go to this restaurant. Remember to 🔒 their golden lava buns! 6⃣️West Coast (📍 140m northwest of the intersection of Erhuan West Road and Tongqianshan Road, Haifeng County, Shanwei City) A treasure place for coffee at 3pm and wine at night! It is a holy place perfect for gatherings or finding a place to sit after dinner. It is said to be very popular in Haifeng. It is open from 3pm to 3am, which is really suitable for young people. Haifeng is about 30 minutes away from Shanwei City. Spend one day in Haifeng and go to the city to eat the next day.
