I arrived at the store at around 5:20 pm on December 31, 2018. I had heard that tofu dumplings are a local traditional snack food in Guiyang City, and Leijia Tofu Dumplings were founded in 1874, with a history of more than 100 years, so I had to try it. I personally think the environment of this store is quite good, with an antique style and a bit of local Guizhou characteristics. The tofu dumplings tasted good, with a crispy texture on the outside, and there were green onions inside. Remember, it was quite fragrant without dipping water. There was water with zheergen in the dipping water, but I was still not used to this taste, hahaha. In addition, there was a new product, dried tofu shreds, which only cost 3 yuan a serving, so I tried it. It had a chewy texture, was quite dry, a little salty, and a little spicy. I personally think it is very suitable for meals!

The most famous dish of Lei's Tofu Dumplings is of course the tofu dumplings, which have a very chewy texture and are full of bean fragrance when dipped in condiments, which is significantly different from other bean products. The fruit jelly and spicy tofu pudding in the store are also good and can be tried together.

The tofu is very fluffy after being fried. I don't know how to deal with it, but it's good.
