I had heard that tofu dumplings are a local traditional snack food in Guiyang City, and Leijia Tofu Dumplings were founded in 1874, with a history of more than 100 years, so I had to try it. I personally think the environment of this store is quite good, with an antique style and a bit of local Guizhou characteristics. The tofu dumplings tasted good, with a crispy texture on the outside, and there were green onions inside. Remember, it was quite fragrant without dipping water. There was water with zheergen in the dipping water, but I was still not used to this taste, hahaha. In addition, there was a new product, dried tofu shreds, which only cost 3 yuan a serving, so I tried it. It had a chewy texture, was quite dry, a little salty, and a little spicy. I personally think it is very suitable for meals!

The most famous dish of Lei's Tofu Dumplings is of course the tofu dumplings, which have a very chewy texture and are full of bean fragrance when dipped in condiments, which is significantly different from other bean products.
