Yantai Mountain, nestled on the Minjiang River, is the most scenic restaurant in Fujian. The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of both sides of the Minjiang River and the dazzling nightscape. With Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, enjoy the moon-gazing experience from the terrace or private rooms. It's autumn, and it's crab season. We offer jasmine jelly swimming crab, steamed swimming crab with chicken broth and cabbage, and stir-fried swimming crab with yellow rice cakes, each with its own unique flavor! We highly recommend the smoked Dongshan Daguan, using traditional northern Fujian smoking methods for a lingering, light flavor. Ningde large yellow croaker is prepared four ways: blanched in tomato and sour soup, baked with scallions and preserved radish, steamed with fermented rice wine, and stewed with sauerkraut. The meat is delicious. Other options include braised oxtail with northern Fujian chestnuts, braised Sanming lotus root with red mushrooms, baked Fuding betel nut taro, and Liancheng white duck soup with matsutake mushrooms. The most Fujian, a glass house viewing restaurant on the Minjiang River. Downstairs is the cruise ticket office and the pier. After getting off the boat, you can eat directly upstairs. There are only four private rooms here, each with a unique view. The fourth-floor terrace is very suitable for parties, watching the sunrise and sunset, and the bright lights on both sides of the Minjiang River! After six o'clock, the river breeze rises and the heat disappears. Recommendation 1: Lobster, pine crab meat steamed eggs, embellished with red fermented rice and jasmine, unique flavor, beautiful presentation. Recommendation 2: Two-color Minjiang white knife, tender meat, chopped pepper, scallion oil gives the fish different flavors.
