I went here for lunch and had tofu rice. I saw the description of the hot and crispy dish online. It was stir-fried with liver and pork tripe. The pork tripe was cooked raw, cut into strips and then stir-fried with the liver. I also ordered steamed beef and tofu. The dipping sauce for the tofu contained wormwood leaves and tasted good.
