The Panlong eel is very special, but I don&#39;t really want to deal with the internal organs because I think it&#39;s troublesome to deal with them. However, several children ate it as a snack with relish. The fish balls were very tender, and the home-cooked rice field crucian carp tasted good. My favorite was the inlaid bowl. The dried yellow flower and homemade crispy meat on the bottom layer tasted better than the inlaid bowl on top. The other dishes were quite satisfactory.

蟠龙鳝很有特色，只是我觉得处理里面的内脏很麻烦就不是很想动手，倒是几个小孩子当零食吃得津津有味。鱼蛋烧得很嫩，家常烧稻田鲫鱼口味还不错，最喜欢的要算镶碗，底层的干黄花和自制的酥肉比上面镶碗好吃，其他菜比较中规中矩。

The pork tripe was cooked raw, cut into strips and then stir-fried with the liver. I also ordered steamed beef and tofu. The dipping sauce for the tofu contained wormwood leaves and tasted good. I ate at this restaurant yesterday. I had pickled pepper bullfrog. The meat was very tender. This restaurant is doing very well. Specialties include double crispy, fresh pot rabbit, and various dry pot dishes. They are all very good. Anyway, I like them very much. The walls are covered with yellow mud, which is very unique.
