The Jingdezhen specialty, miniature whitebait, paired with tender beef, creates a savory, fragrant, and sweet feast. ✨The restaurant is small but clean, and the owner is very helpful in recommending the freshest ingredients of the day. Compared to Taoxichuan, this restaurant has shorter lines. I recommend visiting during off-peak hours, as it&#39;s much less crowded around 2-3 pm.

3️⃣ Zhongcheng Tian Geng Ji - Landmark Jingde Cuisine

Right near the Ceramics Museum. After checking in at Silent Buddha, come here for dinner. This authentic Jingde cuisine restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere! The Fresh Diaolong Beef Pancake is a must-try. The freshly baked corn tortilla is filled with marinated beef, the crust is crispy, and the filling is juicy. It&#39;s not spicy at all, yet incredibly flavorful.

None of the above dishes are spicy, but equally delicious. Jiangxi cuisine is truly the pinnacle of stir-fries.
